*Tammie has been working with Athletes from Texas Okinawan Goju Kai Karate Federation (TOGKF) preparing for their upcoming trip to Japan and Okinawa. Two of their top students will be testing for the chance be acknowledged and included for continuing training with a group that comes from their same lineage. GOOD LUCK, Shihan and Sensei!


*Join Tammie on Saturdays, starting March 30th, at The Lauterstein-Conway Massage School as she leads students through the wonderful experience of becoming a massage therapist.

The 500-hour Massage Therapy Training Program is designed for people with no previous massage school experience.
